dear jessica, thank you for stopping by to see me. the little gourd thing you referred to is a "lightbulb" painted by lynn to look like a pumpkin. i won a give away of hers before my daughter graduated to heaven and halloween was one of my daughter's favorite holidays. we decorated a little 4 ft christmas tree as a halloween tree and put the witches hat on top after we put beautiful orange lights. the lightbulbs are precious on the tree...save your lightbulbs and you can make you some....there are directions on the internet if you google and it will tell you about the paint to prepare the bulb. lynn is a beautiful person and i am sure she would offer suggestions. my daughter was 33 years old and weighed 48 pounds when the lord called her home on oct. 23, 2009. i miss her. she was an artist...i tried to be one...we did every kind of art and craft imaginable...my profile picture was made by my daughter and so i love to see it when i start to blog. she fought cancer off and on since she was 10 1/2 years old. thanks for stopping by. i would love for you to join my blog. blessings hugs simply debbie
